Why should I buy reconditioned products from Recon Pump, Inc.?
Save time, save money, best quality and warranty guarantee! All pumps are rebuilt back to OEM critical fits and tolerances. More often than not, we are able to use OEM parts from our inventory. Rebuilt power ends always include new shaft, shaft sleeve, bearings, and labyrinth seals. Units can be rebuilt specifically for your application with optional mechanical seal, baseplate, and motor.
What is the difference between reconditioned (rebuilt), new surplus, non-OEM or aftermarket, and factory new?
Reconditioned – A previously used product is completely disassembled. Parts are cleaned, inspected for physical wear, dimensionally checked, sandblasted and painted (when applicable), and restored to “like new” condition.
New Surplus – Unused surplus OEM equipment.
non-OEM/Aftermarket – Equivalent or direct replacements for OEM products.
Factory New – Factory direct OEM products.
Need New Equipment?
We can offer aftermarket new equivalents as direct replacements for OEM products. We also offer new pumps for new applications. Let us put our experience to work for you to provide application assistance when needed.
Can I buy products “as-is”?
Yes! Some of our inventory is listed in “as is” condition. These products will not come with a warranty but we can provide some assistance to assess the overall condition including visual, dimensional checks, etc.
